- 2006 he featured his sixth solo exhibit at Vignettes, "Paper or Plastic," in Raleigh, NC
- 2003 he was selected to present his fifth solo exhibit at Jerry's Artarama, "Memories," in Raleigh, NC
- 2001 he presented his fourth solo exhibit, "Between Time," selected by the mayor to be the first artist to exhibit in the Carrboro Century Center in Carrboro, NC
- 2000 he had his third individual show "Color and Heat" at Bronwyn Merritt Gallery in Carrboro, NC
- 2000 he presented his second solo exhibit "El Color del Caribe" ("The Color of the Caribbean") at El Centro Latino in Carrboro, NC
- 1995 he had his first individual show "Entre la Voluntad y la Fé" ("Between Desire and Faith") in Casa de Arte

- 2005 he was invited to participate in a group art exhibit at the Unitarian Universalist Church in Raleigh, NC
- 2004 he was invited to participate in a Latin American artists' collective exhibit entitled "Cinco de Mayo" at the Carrboro Arts Center in Carrboro, NC
- 2002 he was invited to participate in an exhibit of the "Third Mind Collective" in Carrboro, NC
- 2001 his work was selected for the Fine Arts League of Cary's" 7th Annual Spring Artists Exhibition," a juried show in which more than 250 artists from throughout North Carolina entered over 550 pieces, only 98 of which were chosen for exhibition, representing 62 artists. The exhibit was held in the Page-Walker Arts and History Center
- 2000, 2001 his work was selected to be included in the art exhibit of "La Fiesta del Pueblo," the largest Latin American cultural fair in the Raleigh-Durham metropolitan area
- 1997 his work was selected to be included in the exhibition "Antología del Arte Dominicano en el Siglo 20" ("Anthology of Dominican Art in the 20th Century") in the Palacio Consistorial de Santiago
- 1996 Ambiorix lived in Udine, Italy, where he participated in several local art fairs
- 1993 he participated in his second exhibition entitled "El Carnaval de Santiago" in the Dominican-American Cultural Center of Santiago
